George,

Hello. Joe Leoce here in New York. Speaking of New York, you may be aware that I'm running a new tournament...The First Annual New York State ASL Championship...which takes place on the weekend of December 4-5 in Albany, NY at The Best Western Sovereign Hotel.

At this point, it looks like we'll have 40 players!...making this new tournament a huge success in it's 1st year. One element that is exciting is a free raffle drawing for prizes over and above the prizes for the top 6 finishers. Any registrant can win great stuff...and early registrants had chances to get as many as 3 additional raffle tickets to win as many as 4 prizes.

Many 3rd party producers have donated prizes. I've got a Schwerpunkt Gift Certificate, A Dispatches from the Bunker suscription, A Leningrad Pack, am awaiting 2 products from HOB, A Melee Pack 2 from Socalasl...along with Non-ASL prizes from Osprey Publishing, Belle & Blade War video, Internethobbies.com
and more!

Many of these donators can expect to get holiday orders
out of hteir donations. I'm certainly going to push that hard.
Som,e have offered special discounts/pricing, etc. for their products.

Would you like to offer 1 or 2 of your scenario packs as a raffle prize? I have included offerings from your products in past tournaments. Unfortunately, there isn't one in my current list...however...since it looks like an originally un-planned 6th round will be required due to the size of the field, one or 2 of your tournament-sized scenarios could be included in that round. No promises...but...I may have to make up a list of scenarios for that round and would consider 1 or 2 from your
product(s)focusing on the pack(s) you donate.

Let me know if this is of interest.

Thanks,

Joe Leoce

See, this is one thing I really hate about ASL. There's so much material out there, how is one supposed to make up a Christmas list?
:)
