Is there an extension or setting that would 3d6 DR to be added to the DR Panes and to display over map?

None that I am aware of, especially for the dice over map because of the display/dice image sizes.
The main problem would be associating the three dice with one or more of the dice rolling buttons, or adding more buttons.
But having said that, I do understand why some people play with their web cams pointing at their dice towers. It is tempting just to roll the real dice too.

There is a 3d6.mdx extension listed on the VASL website in the "VASL.5.x Extensions" list.
I haven't used it but you could try it and see.
