2.5 storage tanks?

Are board 4a storage tanks with large with squares 2.5 level storage tanks as per BFP ITR 2?

The Red Barricades does not have 2.5 level towers.

I believe the Board 4a/b hexes with the round 'buildings' are B34 Towers and not Storage Tanks as per RB. Their height and whether they are obstacles or hindrances to LOS are SSR dependent. See also Chapter B note 18 for some added details.

We found the tall tower in ITR, but realized that the ITR rules were not in play.

So, makes sense that they are single two story houses, albeit round ones.

We played DB154 - Saint-Georges and the two story houses make the German radio very powerful due to great LOS.

The Round Houses must be Celtic dwellings from the Le Tene Bronze Age culture circa 1500 BCE. ?
