ok, in the last part of the VC do the Russians have their own buildings as VP? The reason I ask is is that it if not, all the Germans need do is take 4 or 5 buildings then hunker down.

"the Russians earn 1 VP for Control of each building Location in the German setup area(s)". They do not earn VP for building Locations in Russian setup area nor for any building Locations that are not in any setup area.

I just double-checked the VC on the original scenario - DB085 - it says the same, so at least nothing was lost in translation.
