Gents,
Looks like we might have an opportunity to add a 1/2 inch countersheet to MC with of course no additional cost to consumer.
Looking at maybe some fire markers like we have done in the past, Bezerk counters, more Russian Fascines, etc

What would you like to be included if we can make this happen? Obviously we need input ASAP.

Captured leaders? This would probably take some thought to account for the IJA, Commissars, and the odd BFP 7 +1, etc style leaders. Still, it is a hole in the base system.

AE counters for some nationalities might be interesting. I don't know which ones are missing AE counters off the top of my head.

Broken Ice counters because who doesn't need more of those? ;) -- jim

More various turn counter markers specialized for nationalities/branches of services that don't currently have one. Would love to see a Canadian, FJ, SS, NKVD, Commando, Ranger, USMC, Ethiopian or anything else that you have not done yet.
I know you already said you were thinking about more turn counters last time I chimed in on this.

Jim,

One of the TPP made Captured Leader counters years ago, unfortunately I don't remember which TPP. Having said that, I REALLY like my set and would second this suggestion as being really useful. And as you note, I don't believe that the existing TPP set includes Japanese Leader counter options, so that would be nice to have.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! 🦃🔪🍗🍽

Bob and Jim,

Any other "combo" Info counter thoughts?
I sent Chas a note saying if he makes the BU/CE/Motion Counters, he should include a couple with Reverse Motion on some too (not too many).

I also like the option of SMC/crew prisoner counters. I have the others you mentioned but not everyone is likely to have those and there are some missing as you note.

You can never go wrong with a bunch of 9-1 Bishop SMC counters is various nationalities. Who doesn't want to tell stories about how I failed to meet their expectations and died ignominiously in battle? -- jim

A combo turret/Motion is IMHO a bad idea: you'll have to replace it if the Motion status changes (which typically occurs every turn).

The turret/Armor leader combo is more useful since the presence of the AL won't change (and the turret counter might be removed when aligned with the VCA but you might also want to leave it on).

But, globally, I'm not sure we need more counters. They look neat but end up taking space in whatever your current counter storage system is (which you have to update to take them into account).
