PC Gamer has a preview (based on BlizzCon from what I can tell - so not exactly new news) that details some of the new units coming with Heart of the Swarm. The changes are far more extensive than what I expected. In fact, it seems like HotS is going to make SCII a whole new game: Starcraft...

From PC Gamer: New StarCraft 2 maps on the way, Heart of the Swarm will have separate ladder I've never seen a product so meticulously maintained. SCII is being treated more like a MMO than a traditional SP game.

No surprise here: Starcraft II is the Biggest PC Launch of the Year Looks like we have gaming's Avatar (no insult implied to SCII :)). BTW: I guess we can assume that those sales figures are low since PC gaming is dying due to piracy....:p
