    Crew abandoning vehicle and scrounging (D 5.41 and D10.5)

    Senior moment here... Whan a crew voluntary abandons a tank, when can it scrounge it? During the MPh when it abandons the tank (cf. D5.41) or during its next RPh (D10.5) ? I think that it must wait for its next RPh (i.e. at the start of its next Turn... which can be quite a long time ahead)...
