    I used this suggestion by Raindem in one of my scenarios and it worked pretty well. It takes a bit of getting used to it, though. Some players thought it was ok some hated it. Make sure that the units are supplied in order to disband them.

    This is correct. I also seem to remember that if you start with more than 16 TO's then any option > 16 will never show up even if you selected the first 16 options. So, as JAMiAM said, make sure that you never have more than 16 active TO's.
