Is it documented anywhere what packs go with each other? I have been looking at the site and it seems there are tons of them, but it’s confusing to know which might go together. I am mainly looking for a sequence if it exists. Thanks in advance.

I have version 1, but can’t find version 2. Is there anywhere I can find the version 2 extra country charts? Thanks in advance for any help.
