Scratch that..i found the other two scenarios that come with the demo,i just wasn't looking in the right place. So no one has any opinions on this game/design engine?

I'm asking because i just ordered it.Downloaded a demo,it promised three scenarios to try out but only one was actually in the demo.It seemed like a mixed bag to me,but i was intrigued enough to purchase it. Will i be pleasently suprised or badly dissapointed?

Thats what i thought,but while playing the Korea 50-51 scenario one time i noticed that some of the earlier plane types were not in the ending inventory nor were their losses.It was like the equipment never existed.

Just a quick question about this.I know that for most games this question wouldn't apply to,but i'm thinking about some of the longer scenarios. When equipment has a fixed number of turns at which it is available and after its removed from the inventory list so is any losses which it has...

Did i move something?

Uhm..in my enthusiasm i accidently saved over my first turn file :nuts: Just to clarify though,that is the final completed turn not just the final allied turn thats to be sent? I'm a bit slow on these things :o

i went for the tradeoff of playability and some detail.Though to be honest,the larger the scope of the game the more detail i like.

Works been keeping me real busy the last few months and alot of times i'm too drained to even post anything.Though luckily i managed to get a day off the other day and spent it in a productive manner...I slept for 15 straight hours:D Maybe i'll post again in another month;)

I find me stomping anyone highly unlikely:) Though it does sound fun.

I might actually have to try this tourny,seeing that it isn't team play(i don't play well with others;)) and at the worst it would only be a two game commitment,so it doesn't sound very time consuming either.Might even get to meet new and interesting opponents on the board...or maybe not:p

I know in several scenarios that i have played the PO has taken Theater Options.Though i do not know what the trigger is for it to do so.Meaning i can play a scenario several time(such as Korea 2000)and sometimes it takes the available options,and sometimes it doesn't.

Looked to me like someone took a snapshot of a boardgame.Though really graphics are not as much of a concern to me.It does sound interesting though.

I really have to finish reading this book.I picked it up awhile back and read the first couple chapters,then set it aside for other things.Thanks for the reminder:)

Does anybody know if there was ever a plan for a campaign mode in TOAW:COW or for linked scenarios.The reason why i am asking is because i could of sworn that i seen a passage in the manual stating something to that effect,though i can't seem to find it at the moment.Something about depending...
