Yes, 3.613 table is equally valid for all the 3.613 subchapters (i.e. 3.6131 and 3.1632). Only the tables for the refit stages 3.6121 and 3.6132 , not their notes/drm, must be exchanged. I cannot find any "3.513" occurrence, where you read it?
