Hey Jim.....how did you deal with the counter shortage ?

There's a CE marker in one of the newer mods that has what looks like a one residual on both sides. I can find nothing about this. Anyone? ...........UPDATE......... These counters came in the Finnish module. They are CE markers with a 1 residual on both sides. My vehicles rules page...
