Yes, you can be in LOS of an enemy unit and still gain concealment under the right circumstances.
The 37* SW Gun was a late war limited production item. It uses a T number, not an M number in the name as assigned by the Ordnance Department.
No use to airborne, when you can glider transport a real 37 or 57 AT gun with wheels.
