    pocket edition vs. big book

I've honestly had no problem with it. But I paint miniatures, so I'm used to squinting. :D

    pocket edition vs. big book

Henh. Yeah, I can't remember the last time I played FtF.

    pocket edition vs. big book

I wouldn't bother. Updated pocket edition and matching Chapter H is coming soon. I doubt I'll ever mess with the big binder version again after that.

    Have You Ever...

I don't think I've ever actually hit the limit, but I've gotten close enough in a late '43 scenario where the limit became a consideration as to whether I took a PF shot.

Today in ASL I ... (Day to day ASL doings)

Why is it nice? Serious question, I was struck at how much thicker it was and couldn't figure why we'd want that.

    AAR - Oh, Joy! - RB11

One of the scenarios that set my "I don't play tiny scenarios, especially those with Power Pieces" rule. I still space out and break this rule sometimes and play such scenarios. They never fail to remind me why I have this rule.

Use of the "Fortenberry" boards in VASL.

Uh, no? The point is, as I understand it, is that it's a major element of work to allow rotating boards. It's a desirable feature for a number of situations (Fred's is one of the less common ones), but I seem to recall it's actually really difficult. Thought you'd probably remember why better...

Use of the "Fortenberry" boards in VASL.

As I understand it, they'd have to be recreated at 90 degree rotation. So, easy enough, @Tuomo can have them all re-created next week I'm sure.

Use of the "Fortenberry" boards in VASL.

No worries, didn't think you were. Sorry for answering before I'd had enough coffee to read well. :)

Use of the "Fortenberry" boards in VASL.

Ah, sorry. If you want to rotate the board, that's impossible in VASL.

Use of the "Fortenberry" boards in VASL.

You'll need a placeholder board beneath it, it's one pixel high. NUL, I believe. NULV if that doesn't work. Basically it's a single pixel to trick the system.

What style dice do you use, precision or round cornered?

Yeah, that's the spin-down type I was referring to. I liked the 30 better because armored cars, but the spin-down 20 is pretty good. Chris Doary was selling some that were softball sized a few years ago. They're nice because if you start losing, you can just brain your opponent.

What style dice do you use, precision or round cornered?

Also, 20 siders and especially 30 siders tend to be large. I have a small Plano I call my "every game" box that contains my suction cup doohicky, LOS thread, sniper counters, dice, a few tile spacers, etc. The stitch counter fits much better in there.

What style dice do you use, precision or round cornered?

These: https://www.amazon.com/AKOAK-Plastic-Counter-Knitting-Crochet/dp/B01N0OTYRI/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=stitch+counter&qid=1603753781&sr=8-5 They go to 99 (yes, that includes 11). Buddy put me on to them in college playing D&D, they've been in my gaming kit ever since. Don't have to...
