What boardgames have you played recently?

Hexasim’s Ligny, Last Eagles. Excellent system, superb map and counters. Not as pretty as La Batt, but let’s be honest no currently published wargame is. 😎 Highly recommended. 2 novice players could finish the Battle in a weekend.

Pete North- a fanatical leaver... For now the Brexiteers have the power and they think they've won. They seem to think that Brexit day is the end of the matter where we move on to other things. Sadly this is not the case. Our external relations are a continuum and there is no end point. Leaving...

“The UK Government has made significant compromises to help find a deal. The EU now need to follow suit and respond constructively. This is in the best interests of everyone and it might well be our last chance.” It hasn't. They don't. It isn't. It won't be.

I am going to have words with the Mayor of Manchester. The city should be making a fortune from tourism. Where else on the planet can boast that it’s major convention space can be adapted to provide a bespoke alternate reality?
