    Interesting venues not yet done

Falaise Pocket always seemed ripe for something. The escape and the desperate rearguards could be a reversal of the Road to Wiltz or Fighting Withdrawal. And more Tunisia is always welcome. I would have said Burma, but we've gotten Gary's nice contributions lately.

    J249 Guerra Relámpago - SSR2 wording

Yes, in English this certainly means to succeed. Nice crossover moment. I am always amazed by the second language readers of the densest book published in the English language. Kudos!

So what scenarios have you played Recently?

Certainly that is the hope. In this case he got wrecked so hard it was pretty clear, but we last played No Brothers No Friends and I was the one getting kicked in the teeth in the first couple turns. I managed to claw my way back into the game, albeit too little too late, but there was a path to...

So what scenarios have you played Recently?

I agree, but the big negative is the potential for one player to get knocked out early, but have to play out the scenario to help or hinder the other two. Playing kingmaker is fun, but not as interesting as trying to win. N8 was a good sport and had loads of fun in this one, but had zero chance...

So what scenarios have you played Recently?

Jazz, N8 and I just finished the 3-player J171 Whom Gods Destroy. This was super fun. The sides are very asymmetrical, so very cool challenges. N8's germans really took it in the shorts so he mostly played spoiler. Really bad performance in MCs and the snipers really hit him hard. Interestingly...

So what scenarios have you played Recently?

I guess I didn't expect an 8 turn scenario to feel so rushed. It will be interesting to see if folks note this and win more as the Brits.

So what scenarios have you played Recently?

Yesterday Stan J and I played AP207 Yet the Bite Remains. I had the Brits and early going looked good for us. Stan played a masterful defense and in the end there were just far too many squads to root out of too many buildings in the last 2 turns so I conceded. It is a 7.5 turn scenario, but 8...

Hi Gary, I don't see how to send you the attendance fee?

    Immobile Tank and Wall Advantage

Other than getting destroyed, I am not seeing how a tank would lose it involuntarily. I jumped it in CC, does that make it lose WA even though it isn't in melee?

    Famous ASL Leader Counter Thread

I know it's cardboard, but it kind of creeps me out when there are real people's names on the counters. If anybody ever makes a scenario with my uncle as heroic leader I for sure won't ever play that one!

    Immobile Tank and Wall Advantage

A tank is in an Open Ground hex, behind a wall and marked with WA counter. It gets hit from the side (no WA) and Immobilized. As I read it, the AFV cannot lose WA unless it is destroyed. Right?

So what scenarios have you played Recently?

David H and I played #300 from the TotR for our VASL league game. I had the attacking Soviets. This one is a bit desperate for the attackers as there is a lot to do regardless of the three VC chosen (which makes ROAR fairly useless as the CVP one at least is quite different). Anyway, I crashed...

    DZ:SME Obj hex setup

I already posted this in the MMP folder, and a couple folks think these set up anywhere on map, but hoping for an 'official' response. Klas? Day One setup on the top right of page SM11 tells us that The Americans are given 3 objective hexes. They are listed in the section of the setup that says...
