Me too! I was there at the beginning of ASL, for SL & COI, I got the bug in 1980. Still have ASL Bad Dice disease but can't stop playing, LOL!

I had a similar misfortune happen to me in a small scenario, Americans vs Germans on a city board, the GIs did have a Long Tom, 203 ART Gun in support, right in the middle of the street, it got prep fire before the Germans could take out the crew and got a CH on the ground floor, I had 6 squads...

I got lucky there BUT his Sniper broke my 75L ATG crew just before he would have probably killed an M10 TD, that saved the scenario for him, tough on both sides. We will finish it via VASL next week, Vic.

I hear you Don, it is no big surprise the designer of many of these boards wants them included, LOL! You do great work and we do need some boards still but It just is reaching a tipping point for many in the hobby and not just me, everyone I talk to about this would still like to see occasional...

Hi Don, after these, we, the designers of ASL, need a break from maps and often overlays in many products (HASLs excluded), I can't keep up with them and will stop buying scenario packs just because they have new maps in them, we will already have plenty to choose from. I am not alone in feeling...

I use WhatsApp or Google Meet at this point, Discord was too noisy when I went there...

Not unknowns but Steve Johns, Tom Morin, Steve Swann, Andy Hershy, Ted Wilcox, Ralph McDonald, Joe Gochinski and others have populated the pages of Dispatches with some pretty good designs over the years...
