    In RPT185 Sumatra Skirmish, balance options look incomplete with probable missing text. For SK players, I guess VP are awarded as usual : 2 VP for MMC, 1 VP for HS, 1 for 0 leader, 2 for -1 leader and 3 for -2 leader. Correct?

    Yes but since you have two pairs of 5/8" concealed stacks, even if a pair is more than 6 hexes away from the other pair, it still leaves some uncertainty on which pair of stacked ? represents the real guns. But you know for sure one pair are dummies.
