if you haven't been to tournaments, you would be off put reading this thread. I have been to many tournaments all over, and, they are very friendly and welcoming. most of this stuff never comes up. I have never seen a mulligan by rule, btw.

What if there is no melee?

it was knocked out by an AT gun from another hex. so the crew, if it survived defensive fire , would enter into melee (that is what I meant) ?
