I am extremely rusty. Could anyone briefly explain what happens when a mortar scores a hit on an AFV (an OT CE one in this case)? The crew take a +2 at half FP on the IFT (I think), but how can the vehicle be affected?

Am I getting this right? 1 Unit can use CC Reaction Fire against ADJ vehicle only if Street Fighting conditions (buildings and road) apply and it is not marked with Fire counter 2 Unit always gets the Street Fighting DRM against vehicle in its own Location if still able to fire. Sorry...

it rallied by rolling a 2, but then on the HoB roll got a surrender result, which broke it again. does that count as failing to rally for Commissar retribution purposes then?

My Commissar rallied a broken unit not in LOS of enemy on a DR2. HoB resulted in Surrender. So, if I’m getting this right, the unit is just broken again and disrupted. Does the Commissar now eliminate half of it for failing to rally?

yes, this is reason for my query. in other situations of joint movement, vehicles expend MP allowance proportionally to the MF of their PRC. here one could, for instance, spend all but the required MPs in delay before moving, thus possibly being less exposed to shots.

how many MPs are AFVs considered to spend in each hex they enter during Armored Assault? can they choose as normal (COT allowing) or is it a percentage relative to the accompanying infantry?

nowhere, which made me think I missed something elsewhere as it sounds improbable, esp as wheeled vehicles are prohibited.

berserk unit charges in Mph but doesn't reach enemy unit. starts next Mph out of LOS of any enemy unit. what happens?
