SSR question
I can't figure out if a sighting TC is needed for the aerial Observer since Battery Access is automatic. The rules say that a sighting TC is needed in order to check for access but since that is already established I would think that a STC is not needed. To add to the confusion, what if I were to want to target concealed units? Not sure what were trying to get at with this one. Please advise.
