no prob, Uncle Joe - a large part of being the 'counterman' is just tryin' to get the user-probs straightened out so that folks can access their VASL-games reliably. But what adds the CX to the ctrman is making sure that a) the counter on your screen has the right info on it, and b) if that ctr is broken or otherwise munged, that its ctrl-F Flipside is also correct!
