My buddy and I are getting set to start CG1. We’re not sure of the area in play. Are the western ’islands’ containing hexes 4k1, 4k5 and 4k13 in play, or do we stop at hex row H?

CG I MAP: Only hexes north of the Pasig River on map sections 1 and 2 are playable.
So the area in the top right-hand corner with Esteros and Islands are in play..

That’s what I thought, but my opponent didn’t set up to defend that area so he will have to update his plans. Thanks for the clarification.
