Klas's compilation is fantastic, but it's missing cross-references. You can easily find rule Q&A with a search, but you may miss something if all you have is a printed copy. Attached is a variant of a "Key Word In Context" permuted index. Call it "Rule Number In Context". If you look up the rule number in the right half of each column (the part labeled "Rule or Keyword"), the full rows shows the rules as they are listed in Klas's v29 compilation. An example will make that clear:

You want to find all PerrySez dealing with A20.5. In this index, you find
20385
This shows the eight places to look in v29 for Q&A that refer to A20.5:
A20.5
A10.8 & A20.5
A11.5 & A20.5
A12.121 & A20.5
A3.1, A4.431, & A20.5
A20.5 & A20.55
A20.5, A20.551, A22.6, C13.3, & C13.7
A20.5, A26.21, & A26.222

I work with a pdf, not a printed copy, so cross references are less useful, as the search function does the job well enough.
Perhaps Scott and Klas could arrange a joint venture, so that we don't have two quite similar documents in competition?

Version 30 (2022-10-16) of the compilation of Perry Sez Q&A from Game Squad is now released/uploaded.

Added 38 Q&A. Corrected x-ref. in 1 Q&A. Removed one duplicate Q&A.

Direct-link to a document with the changes in version 29: https://klasm.com/ASL/ErrataQA/QA/GS Perry Sez changes.pdf
Does the current combined (GS and Scott) version have the newest additions?

Question about this:

A4.7
A Good Order American squad during its MPh enters a Kunai Location that contains a HIP Japanese 1st Line squad IN a Trench.
The Japanese squad drops HIP to fire at the American squad (which also reveals the Trench). During the APh, may the American
squad Advance INTO the Trench in the hex it is?
A. No.

Is this because of B27.13, where the American and Japanese units are in the same Location already (even though only the Japanese unit is IN the Trench) and thus marked with a CC counter after the First Fire and thus (any non-Pinned survivors of dfire) would not be able to Advance?
