I looked & listened to some Paramore on Youtube. Kinda reminded me a bit of Pretty Girls Make Graves.

A viewing of a fan cut of Waterloo led me to search up The Girl I Left Behind Me, of which there are both British and American versions.

Only heard this track and the group London Grammar quite recently.

Her voice! Sends shivers up my back and tears to my eyes.

Pretty much what the wife wants to listen to. Martin Denny, Les Baxter, Dick Dale, tiki music in general, some cumbia music, swing and big bands. Gone is the rocker girl I met back in the 70's. To quote Tull: too old to rock and roll, too young to die.
Sundays we have local radio station on that plays oldies all day, stuff I haven't heard for decades and some I've never heard. Not your typical top 40 fare.

Los Indios Tabajaras. Two brothers from Brazil that I came across while looking for more tiki/exotica music for the wife. Not tiki music but very nice guitar work, not what I expected.
