I'm pretty sure yes, since there's no way for a SW to be not in GO without imposing either a halving penalty (not fully manned) or a plus 1 modifier against a single hero.

Berserk is not GO, but can interdict. And a Berserk MMC can use its SW to interdict.

I don't think a SW needs to be in Good Order to be able to Interdict.

E.g., I think a MG suffering from Ammo Shortage can still Interdict, if it is not fully-manned, it's FP is usually halved and thereby unable to Interdict.

Also, A10.532 only says:
"Any unit whose FP is halved [EXC: mortars] (Pin, Motion, Mounted Firer, etc.) may not Interdict. Naturally, in order for a SW or ordnance to Interdict a rout hex, that weapon must be functioning."

SW under Ammunition Shortage are NOT in Good Order per A.7

I can't anything that says such a SW is prohibited from Interdiction

Absolutely true. For the record, I wasn't saying that a SW couldn't interdict because it wasn't in GO. I said that I didn't think it was possible to be not in GO and interdict - since under-manned SWs incur either a halving penalty or a +1 TH/IFT DRM. I had forgotten that Ammunition Shortage also causes a lack of GO-edness. Sorry guys!
