Trench/AT-Ditch placement limits

Is Trenches and AT-ditches placement limited by B27.1? ie not posible on paved roads?

Yes they are.

B27.5 TRENCHES: All rules pertaining to foxholes apply to trenches except as modified herein.

B27.56:
"...An A-T Ditch is treated the same as a trench ..."

Trenches and A-T Ditches cannot be placed in paved roads unless permitted by SSR.
