From Osprey's New Vanguard 68, Centurion Universal Tank 1943-2003

the loader also served the 2-inch Bombthrower Mk 2 locate in the turret roof beside his periscope. This weapon fired HE, White Phosphorus (WP) and illuminating flares out to a range of approximately 300 yards. It was designed to engage infantry at close quarters following the wartime experience against German Panzerfaust and Panzerschreck teams.

So basically it's a sN and a sM combined into one.

This is the beast. TBH there's not a lot of difference between it and an sN other than the sN being a lot bigger.
Most British tanks in WW2 had the 2" bomb thrower installed. They were removed from Centurions in the 60's as they were found to not be all that useful anymore.
