They did reach Titanic too...
The Titanic is two miles down. Unlike shallower wrecks in the Java Sea, for instance, you don't casually sail over and start cutting up wrecks that are two-three miles down. You'd have to have a pretty sophisticated salvage effort. The Titanic was probably worth the effort because of its historical value. It isn't a war grave, so it can be salvaged legally (by its owners I believe). Even then salvagers are probably just taking artifacts and not recovering the metal for scrap, which is what happened to the wrecks in the Java Sea.
