Per B20.41, "all marsh hexes on the same board [as a dry stream?] are
considered mudflats."

Per B16.6, "If a stream/river is dry/fordable respectively, [all marsh
hexes adjacent to or connected to the stream/river by a continuous
string of marsh hexes] are treated as mudflats."

A stream on one board is dry. There is no stream on an adjacent board.

Is a marsh that is not adjacent nor connected by other marsh to the dry
stream but on the same board as the dry stream treated as mudflats?

[No.]

Is a marsh that is not adjacent nor connected by other marsh to the dry
stream but half on the same board as the dry stream and half on the
adjacent board treated as mudflats?

[No.]

Is a marsh that is adjacent or connected by other marsh but on the board
without the dry stream treated as mudflats?

[Yes.]
