Situation:
In the CCPh, a broken HS is Guard of a Prisoner Squad and a Prisoner 8-1 leader.

Questions:
  1. Does the Leadership DRM of the Prisoner Leader apply to the TC the Prisoner squad needs to pass to attack its broken Guard?
  2. Does the Leadership DRM of the Prisoner Leader apply to the CC-roll?
Thanks for your help,

Well, A10.7 states the leader needs to be unbroken in order to apply his drm. A20.5 states, "An unarmed SMC must be noted on a side record, but maintains its normal morale and leadership levels." Unless I'm missing something, his leadership drm would appear to be applicable in the situations you describe.

A20.5 Say a HS and a 9-1 leader are takenprisoner by a squad. If the stack takes fire and theprisoners have to take a MC, does the SMC take aseperate MC? Does he modify the prisoner's MC?Is he represented by a seperate die in Random
Selection if the result is a K or KIA? Does he modify the CC DR against broken guards? Does he add an extra 1 point to the CC FP?

... which is why you never, ever take a good leader prisoner. Sure, lots of extra VP, but the grief won't be worth it.
