I do not understand the following HIP rules.(DaE Rulebook) 6.4 Hidden Initial Placement(HIP) : Any DFF/SFF/FPF by the HIP Gun against the infantry unit entering its hex is done in the hex the infantry unit was in as it tried to enter the gun's hex. What does this rule mean?
