I started wargaming in the late 70s when a friend taught me Tactics II. Shortly after that I acquired Panzer Leader and played it to death. It was not long before my collection included Squad Leader and its three expansion modules. One of my college friends was a wargamer and we played a lot of different games including several of the Europa series by GDW.
After college my gaming slowed way down, but I did acquire and play a number of The Gamers titles. Over the last couple of years, I have been able to return to wargaming. I am particularly fond of world war two tactical systems (company down to squad level) which lead me back to ASL.
Besides wargames, I love reading, hiking, and tennis. I am hoping to begin flying lessons soon and work toward a private pilot's license. I have a wonderful wife and fantastic daughter.
