Just a heads-up. There are rumors afoot that Rudolf Verner's "The Battle Cruisers at the Falklands" will be re-published. Verner was the gunnery officer of HMS Inflexible up until his death at the bombardment of the Dardanelles in 1915. The book is essentially a posthumous memorial printing of his personal journal. It contains a tremendous amount of material on practical gunnery issues as seen through the eyes of a professional, with particular emphasis on the Falklands fight. The printers will hopefully see fit to reproduce Verner's watercolor renderings as well in the new edition.
Highly recommended.
