I has the same problem when i play a game against Mark, but this time the recapture of Paris dont allow the creation of Vichy for the germans. I think Mark yet need work in this event or put clearly after the german capture of Paris, no one allied force can retake the city before Vichy Jose...

Vichy I think ben is correct, i dont believe the french soldier can accept the break of the treaty with germany so easily. Is so easy deploy italian divisions in Vichy controled hex and after make it, align Spain....you dont loss the hexes in Africa and yet has spain Jose Augusto
