The scenario card says:
'The Americans win at game end if there are no Good Order German units in buildings N5, N6, M4, and L3.'
So, to win, do the Germans need to have GO units in ALL of those buildings or just one?
Thanks
This thread has been very useful, it has clarified a lot about use of stacks for me but now I am unsure what is meant by 4.2 ‘Units moving as a stack expend MF simultaneously and need
not spend MF for the same purpose, but must designate at the same time all
actions for the same MF.’
This rule...
Thanks for the clarification. :) Not sure how I missed 3.3.1. Yep I will reset the game (only on German first movement phase so nothing lost) and try for an improved set-up!
Yes, I see that makes sense now. The unit laying the smoke can’t spend the MF to lay the smoke then ’join’ a stack to move. I think Im not seeing the wood for the trees.
Hi
I have a stack of a German 4-6-7, 5-4-8 with DC, and 9-1 Leader.
The 5-4-8 wants to lay smoke in an adjacent hex, move into that hex, then place DC on a Russian building 2 hexes away. This would take 6MF so the unit cannot Assault Move even if stacked with the Leader.
Can I do this...
