-At a minimum 7 completely new scenarios. I wanted some more but may have to just cut it off.
-I believe 4 or 5 redesigned and re-playtested scenarios. A number of others may have had slight adjustments.
-Based on input and recommendations to update Cats Lair, we had 3 different versions in PT trying to figure out the best scenario possible. I think the new version has the same flavor but has a better feel.
-Completely redone/expanded, and more historically accurate counters/chapter H.
-Redone and improved CG rules
-Redone and improved Mineroller tank rules
-Revised and updated map graphics
-etc, etc.
Thousands of hours of work invested already invested to make this a product up to BFP standards.
Working hard for a 2019 release, but a ton work to still be done.

Significant progress made on OtO in the last few weeks.

-Chapter H in editing process (no small feat just to get it in shape to be edited)
-OtO Player Aid in editing
-All of the final scenarios in editing and looking good
-Realistically will probably end up being total of 32 scenarios
-Will have 4 geo board equivalents

Still several scenarios being playtested but with all of the layout and editing relatively close to a release.
Late 2019 will be tough but not unrealistic.

6 scenarios remain in playtest, with 4 of almost final.

In addition to the fortified line HASL scenarios there are two other interweaved themes.
River/bridgehead type scenarios, and very mobile, relatively mobile actions. All capturing the varying
situations of the epic Bagration action.

With all the editing that has already taken place, we appear to still be on track for a 2019 release.

very cool, very exciting. but, should I start applying for a second mortgage now?

Nah. We still need to nail down a price, but you can expect it to be in the area of what we charged for Cruible of Steel or Blood and Jungle.

Don't recall seeing it mentioned....will there be an upgrade kit for OtO I?
No upgrade kit will be available as with what was modified from the original the delta between an upgrade and a whole new set was not very large. What will remain the same between the two will be the HASL map, some of the counters and about half of the scenarios. We have modified the characteristics of a number of the original AFV counters based on new, more extensive information, a number of the original scenarios have been reworked to fix balance issues or to utilize the expanded geo map library (both MMP and BFP), or have been adjusted based on new research, the original CG rules were actually released incorrectly (what went out was a draft version as opposed to the final version, so that's getting fixed). With all of that, an upgrade kit would have had probably 75% of the whole enchilada anyway.

Definitely. And it won't be all one big piece either. Will probably it split into 2 or 3 sections. Haven't decided yet.
I hope very very much that the map will not be made of a material producing glare nor creases at the edges.
This does make a whole d*** lot of a difference.

Still, I think that the RB v1 mapboards had the best paper of all.

This does make a whole d*** lot of a difference.

Still, I think that the RB v1 mapboards had the best paper of all.

agree, needs to be sturdier than the Schmidt maps

I hope do to these maps were the worst thing BFP has ever done. Shiny = never get played on for me
