Assuming LOS from a same-level KEU exists, can a unit maintain concealment if they assault move or advance into an irrigated paddy if all hexsides have banks?

Assuming LOS from a same-level KEU exists, can a unit maintain concealment if they assault move or advance into an irrigated paddy if all hexsides have banks?

The infantry is not moving in open ground due to the bank hexside and so would retain concealment. Concealment is not lost for crossing bank hexsides as long as the unit is not above a bank counter.
