Why are you ordering counters after what you said over on FB?
I didn't (well, I've pre ordered the SAN number counter sheet, that's actually a useful thing). These are a special pre-release (p)review set. Alan asked me if I'd be a reviewer (knowing full well my thoughts on colored counters).

Ditto.

Makes sense that a shipment from Canada would reach Hong Kong before Scotland or Florida, right?
Apparently - it's here first. :)

I am guessing - the flight only put in a less than a day's difference, so it's not like someone has to stick it on a boat and sail it over. There's no one here looking to charge custom duty and the posties deliver packages right away 'cause no one has the space to store anything.

The SAN counters ARE useful. I was using playing cards but the SAN counters are a great solution.

For me, in addition to just liking the color artwork and detail of the AFVs there are many useful counters with Broken Ground's counters: berserk leaders, heroic leaders, fanatic leaders, wounded leaders (very useful) as well as fanatic infantry.
One counter replaces two (or even three sometimes) and there are counters that unclutter the mind during gameplay such as artillery counters with their respective FP on each (useful when you have more than one OBA module in play) as well as harassing fire counters.
Then there is the improved color artwork for fortifications.
As I get older I find any thing that helps speed up the play: "Whose artillery is that? Mine or yours? Which is the 80 and which is the 100?"; what is my sniper number? That leader is fanatic--right? I play big games and these little memory aides definitely help.
I have now been testing--and using these counters since their inception in 2014 and cannot play without them. In my opinion, these counters are terrific!
Am I trying to be a salesman? No. I'll have them and be glad. As always, decide for yourself.
Your money, your hobby, your preference for cardboard toys.

These pics above were taken in 2015. Compare these with the newest pics of the mounted counters and notice the improvements made over time.

Berserkers are useful, too. ;)
Ish. Like fanatics and wounded leaders, they’re useful in the moment but are they really useful enough to justify the increase in storage space vs a few generic counters?

(Leading question and I suspect you know my answer...)

Thanks Jackson I found it now. So it is $500 for the whole lot. As a completest I am tempted....but it is a lot of money.

What about the Japanese, Chinese and Marines?

Another question, what are the vehicles included in the black SS counter sheets?

Good question. Footsteps?...
$500 for the ENTIRE set is far less than buying Nationality sets from another (often vilified) TPP. $500 gets you a hell of a lot more.
