That's not sufficient.

Hint: This installation has historical significance and was already severely outdated when it gained it.
Next Hint: The pictured installation is a fixed defensive installation and part of a coastal fort.

It is the torpedo installation at Oscarborg fort protecting the approaches to Oslo, Norway. The 1903 vintage Whitehead torpedoes sank Blucher in 1940.
