Pro Gov Troops sporting new rifles

I noticed in this latest battle that most of my infantry is now using M-16A rifles instead of the FN-FAL rifles they had in the privious battles.
Was this an intentional upgrade or is it a result of the OOB's changing with the new version of SPMBT? :surprise:

I checked the slots are the same and you have used diffent one's this time,I wont tell the rebels if you wont :) But at the same time you gave the Reb's RPG-7V's this time instead of RPG-7's.
