I am new to this game and I'm currently working my through the Tutorial posted on this site. But it used Desert Storm 91 which might be to big for my first attempt at soloing after I finish the Tutorial. So I wanted to see if anybody has a suggestion for the first scenario I can try against the computer.

Thanks!

Arracourt 44, against a semi experienced player.

Thanks for the information!

Is there anybody out there who would be willing to help out somebody completely new to the game? I can start up a new game this weekend and complete a turn every 1-2 days.

Thanks!

Or Start with Balkans41... Division size units, no separate Arty units to worry about, plus you get a chance to play with aircraft and paras... And it's a fairly small map..

I found Malta 42 as the Germans/Italians to be a good introductory scenario, and it has sea landings, offshore bombardment, and paradrops. I played against the computer, though, so I don't know how balanced it scenario is when playing against a human player.

Oh, and welcome to the best computer strategy game of all time! :)

Thanks for the additional advice. I've had a couple of people interested in games so I might give one of these other scenarios a try too. It's a good thing I hava a vacation coming up!
