A little RT modding

Since Raging Tiger is about to come on line, I thought I might as well begin to look at vehicle modding for it.

Here are two vehicles I edited today. The first is a M1A2 Abrams. The second is a British MCV-80 Warrior. I'm hoping the side view gives us an upper hand in the struggle to incorporate the widest variety of vehicles, so players can fight with their country's vehicles.

Why did you mod an M1? There is already an M1 in the game. The M1 piece in the game is in actuality an M1A2 with properties of a fictitious M1A3.

Just curious.

EDIT: I'm by NO means trying to discourage modification of Raging Tiger, I'm just wondering what was wrong with the original M1 piece. Also, be aware that you now have a vehicle with desert camouflage in a wooded, or at the least, a temperate environment. Not very good tactics!;)

Nice work Delta!! I like the look of these pieces you have made, I much prefer the side view to top down, its much easier to tell what units they are in an instant, and your pieces are very clear, I like it big thumb up :thumup: :thumup:

No reason for the M1A2 piece. I like the one in RT. The pieces I posted were simply successes from ongoing experiments to see what techniques can be applied. In the case of these two vehicles, I successfully scaled down to images of the vehicles without loosing alot of detail. This helps decrease time image-editing.

I've been looking at the new possibilities since the demo was released. I'm almost certain Kbluck is as well. :D
