As part of the new ladder, each player needs to join or re-join the TOAW ladder in order to appear on the pick list for reporting a game. For more details, read this post (http://www.warfarehq.com/forums/showthread.php?p=84735&posted=1#post84735).
If you haven't already done so, please go to W.A.R.S Ladder Control Center (http://www.warfarehq.com/forums/wfhq-ladder-main.php), check the box beside "The Operation Art of War" in the Join a Ladder section, and "Click to Confirm". Once you do that, the word "member" will appear after "The Operational Art of War."

BTW - If later you decide to un-check the box, your old game reports remain. With the box un-checked, you will simply no longer be able to submit a report to the TOAW ladder or have other players pick your name as the opponent.
