We've had our first and second game reports under W.A.R.S. (http://www.warfarehq.com/forums/wfhq-ld-ladder-games.php?ladder=The+Operational+Art+of+War&limitstart=0&limitend=2) for TOAW. The second report really shows the impact of the new scoring system. If you haven't checked out the new system, view the FAQ. (http://www.warfarehq.com/forums/wfhq-ld-faq.php#TheOperationalArtofWar)

Man... if Mark and Pelle had only waited a little longer before submitting their EA game (http://www.warfarehq.com/forums/wfhq-ld-ladder-games.php?ld=on&ladder=The+Operational+Art+of+War&scenario=1349)! Anyway, I feel the new system is a VAST improvement over the .4 multiplier for "huge." I hope everyone else agrees!

Westpointer; are the old games reported not "updated" into the new system, with score changing etc?

Sniff. Me wants those 300 points.

We switched sides now, usually takes me one run to learn how the scenario works.

No, after significant discussion among all the ladder admins, we made the decision that old games would be imported with the points earned (and expected to be earned) at the time the game was reported.

Thanks Westpointer, I don't mind, but it seems the new system renders a lot more points than the old one. I suppose that the "old hares" with a lot of games reported will be less off comparatively. Now of course, only the Rating Ladder is interesting really for "skills", so it shouldn't really matter!? ;) But hand out some medals to the old point sluts! :D (if I got that right! Looks good, very impressive work!)
