Just bought Distant guns quick question

Nowhere in the pdf play manual or in the FAQ page did i see where/how screen-shots are taken. Can I get a quick explanation on how to take screen shots and where they are stored please?

I plan on jumping in to the campaign as the Russians and want to chronicle things from the start. I won't be starting over,basically using my novice status as how the Russian command was hamstrung at the beginning.

Use SHIFT-F8. This creates a screenshot as a .jpg in the main DG folder.

One caveat. Each screenshot's name includes a time stamp based on elapsed game time. Thus, if you have the game paused and take several screen shots, only the last 1 will survived because they'll all have the same name, and thus the later ones will overwrite the earlier ones. So if you want to take several shots of the same moment in time, be sure to pause/unpause for a second between them.

Thanks for the update! I'd have fallen into the multiple screenshot overwrite trap and wondered what happened.
