There is a very, very good chance that Jutland will ship with a scenario editor. No Promises.

What Jutland will NOT have is a campaign editor. The scripting language is to complex. It makes the TOAW scripting look simple.

There are hundreds of ships in this game!

As long as I can easily create a night attack on the Grand Fleet by swarms of Torpedoboote, I shall not miss a campaign editor :)

(Crosses fingers for scenario editor). If it's just a question of time, I'm happy enough to wait longer for such goodies!

I tend to play campaigns. I'd rather see a campaign editor as a sequel sometime after Jutland release. With the scale of ships and battle I can't imagine/comprehend not doing things in stages.

Without a Scenario Editor, Campaign Editor, and no mod support, just what is new/improved from RJW?

Jutland Scenario Editor - if it can't ship with it initial release, will it be release later?

No Campaign Editor :upset:, maybe we could get some toggle/options that the player could set to vary the arrival of ships, random delays of 30/60/90 days for both sides that would add some variance to the campaign.

Good news on Scenario editor.

About campaign editor, can you consider possibility to release 'complex scripting language' version of it to the public?

People can do wonders if they really want it. ;)

The most likely scenario is to update the campaign(s) after release to allow for more and more "enduser" interaction.

One of the first and most basic ideas is to provide hooks for the enduser to expand/add to news events.

Variablitiy might be added in a simliar way over time or included upon release by having alternative campaigns available.

Bullethead is the one to shoot ideas at here for those types of ideas.

A Very Good Chance is good enough.
At least it is bigger than Very Small Chance, Some Chance and Good Cnance.
