When you click on the "info" (from the right-mouse-menu) for an individual unit and the unit sees an enemy unit there's a line drawn between both units. Indicating the state of identify, too.
I think it must be the same when you click "info" for an whole eg platoon. There must be lines from all units of the platoon which actually see enemies.
