FIW - Quebec

Am curious if any of you have played either the 1758 Campaign or selected one of the stand alone battles for Quebec and if any of you have actually been able to take the city yet? I am referring to the full Quebec scenarios here (hypothetical - in the 191 - 210 range), not the Plains of Abraham...

you may find it hard to take the City...because itis to hard for the computer to simulate the incompetence of the French in general...take it from some one from Quebec.:laugh::laugh::smoke:

I've played one of them in the campaign, and while I was able to keep the Brits out of the walls, it was one where both sides had nearly full armies, and I ended up losing too many troops on the approaches, so I got the loss.

I believe I was the French in a similar battle. The french surrendered before
I was able to enter the city.
