Finally the Russian 2nd Pacific Squadron has arrived.
My torpedo boats on patrol made contact in the early hours of May 25.
In heavy rain torpedo boat 55 ran straight in the Russian BB's, the brave little boat was overwhelmed and sunk with all hands in minutes.

The other boats were able to put on speed and escape alerting the naval HQ of the Russian squadron. Admiral Togo ordered all ships to sail (they had been at ready status for 2 or 3 weeks already) to intercept the russians.

More to follow.

Come fill up my cup, come fill up my can
Come saddle my horses and call out my men
Unhook the west port and let us gae free
For it's up wi' the bonnets of Bonnie Dundee!

I dunno about you all, but that song always runs through my head at times like this...

Good hunting and keep us posted :).

The Fleets collide !, my main BB group and AC's are going after the Russian BB's, while my fast PC's I am sending after the transports.

Well this is going to cost me some ships, the battle has become a close range fight.
Kniaz Suvarov was my main target from the begining, and the Russians targeted my AC's early on, before switching to Mikasa, who, is all but lost, I tried to maintain some semblance of order but the Russian squadron broke ranks. Emporator Alexander III was hit repeatidly then 2 torpedoes finished her.

I am trying to get some distance on the Russians, and my PC's are still closing on the transports, this is drawing some of the Russian PC's away from the battle.
